Today «Garant Bauinvestition GmbH» company comes forward on the complete managing a building project from development of business plan, architectural conception, engineering working to building and putting into operation of objects of any complication.
Professional development of objects of the real estate Company is based on long-term experience and fundamental style of work, combining all specializations of a modern building management.

In 1983 we began the activity in Berlin as a firm, specialized on the turn-key construction of housings objects. However it became soon obvious, that in most cases a customer is not enough ordinary build services - the all-embracing consulting and support of all aspects of project is needed. In accordance with it, we decided along with implementation of build works to undertake development and financing of projects.

From 1986 the new branch of our activity - complete managing a project - appeared in accordance with the requirements of market. We undertook a task to offer to the investor exhaustive conception of project taking into account all directions, since pre-project preparation and development of project concluding leasing the prepared objects. We successfully help our clients to acquire the real estate without every risk. In time we extended the spectrum of our services gradually.

From 1989 we are engaged in building of business centers and public buildings. We always pay the promoted attention to architecture and financial viability of our projects. Now we can present a list of more than 140 most various objects in Germany.

In 1999 our branch is accredited in Russia; we obtained Russian licenses to perform functions of Customer, Designer and General Contractor. In Moscow we involve to work for the Company the Russian engineers coming from military-and-construction complex with great building experience of various purposes objects including the construction of Defense Ministry of Russian Federation in Moscow. TsSK Sport Complex (Central Army Sport Club), Ministry of Defense administrative building in Arbat, the buildings of Kuybyshev and Frunze Academies of General Staff, Burdenko and Mandryka hospitals respectively in  Lefortovo and Sokolniki, dwelling houses of individual projects at Pliuschiha, in Institutsky and Furmanovsky by-streets, Miskovsky street, and many others are among them. 
        
In 2003 a company plugged in the sphere of the interests the row of questions of Muscovites’ transport service improvement, transport infrastructure modernization and public transport role increasing. During working out these questions a company took a part of investor and participant in developing the building conception of transport-interchange junction in Moscow. On September 1, 2005 the developed conception of transport-interchange junction building was approved by Order of Government № 1699-RP.

In 2004 a company concluded an investment contract with Government of Moscow on realization of "pilot" project of transport-interchange junction building at the tube station "Planernaya".
In 2004 our Company became the initiator of work aimed at creating German Engineering centers in Moscow in accordance with the Order of the Government of Moscow of July 6, 2004 No. 1355-RP “On creating German engineering centers in Moscow”. The first engineering center project is being developed nowadays in Moscow.
